Booking & Payment Policies

1. Appointments

  • All sessions are by appointment only through the online booking system.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete, and a reminder before your session.

2. Payment Options

  • Balance at Session: Pay at your appointment via EFT, tap & go or cash.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24–48 hours in advance.

  • No-Show - your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you miss your session without notice, it impacts the flow of the day and other clients waiting for availability. While no deposit is required to book, clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be asked to pay a deposit to secure future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so I can honor clients after you. The full session fee will still apply.

5. Wellbeing & Respect

  • This is a healing space — please arrive in a state that allows for calm, respectful, and safe practice.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

6. Energy Exchange

  • Your time is valuable, and so is mine. These policies ensure that we both arrive with clarity, mutual respect, and commitment to the healing process.
